Important Information for Tourists Wishing to Enter Cambodia
In order to cross the Thai-Cambodian border, please alight from the bus and walk about 50 metres and then upstairs to Thai Immigration. Make sure that your Departure Card has been filled out correctly. After your passport has been processed by the Thai authorities, proceed through the exit, walk down the stairs and cross the border (approximately 150 – 200 metres).
On your right hand side, you will see an official building with the title “Cambodian Visa Office”. The present price for a visa on arrival is 1,200 baht. Please remember to bring a current photo with you, if not there will be a 200 baht surcharge.
* Note: Do not believe some of Agency, Tour, or Travel agency at Thai and Cambodian border
Our company does offer a more convenient service in which the respective Thai Departure & Cambodian Arrival Cards will be completed for you. In addition, there is no need for you to supply your photo. Please note however that an extra 100 baht will be charged to fast track your application. With our service, you are not required to leave the bus.
Once your visa has been approved, keep walking straight ahead until you reach the Cambodian Immigration Office. For those who have not yet done so, fill in the Arrival Card and wait in line until your passport has been stamped. Our bus will be waiting for you in front of the Crown Casino. The final leg of the trip to Siem Reap should take approximately two and a half hours.
Upon arrival at the Nattakan Office, we provide our passengers with a free tuk tuk service to their hotel(s).
For those interested, Nattakan also offers additional tours to Angkor Wat and the surrounding Temples for a fair/minimal cost with their professional English speaking drivers.
Thank you for your attention.
